4. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall remain in effect until the Member cancels their membership or the membership is terminated by lilyendesignn.com.

If the Member violates any provision of this Membership Agreement, lilyendesignn.com may terminate the Member’s membership and this Agreement, subject to applicable law.

5. EFFECTIVE DATE

By completing the membership registration process, the Member acknowledges that they have read and accepted all provisions contained in this Membership Agreement.

This Agreement shall be deemed concluded and shall enter into force between the parties at the time the Member completes their registration.
