Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Each piece is individually made to order in our own workshop in Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar. As every piece is handcrafted, production may take 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping time is not included in the production period.

For all domestic orders within Türkiye, shipping costs are covered by Lilyen Design.

For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may arise during delivery are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
