SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Each piece is individually made to order in our own workshop in Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar. As every piece is handcrafted, production may take 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping time is not included in the production period.

For all domestic orders within Türkiye, shipping costs are covered by Lilyen Design.

For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may arise upon delivery are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

HANDCRAFTED PIECES

At Lilyen Design, every piece is handcrafted with great attention to its unique details. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations, irregularities, and individual characteristics may occur, making each piece truly unique.

These characteristics are considered part of the design and handcrafted finish of our pieces and are not regarded as defects. Therefore, refunds cannot be issued on the basis of such natural variations. Please keep this in mind before making your purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sale items, items purchased using a discount or coupon code, and custom-made or personalized pieces are non-returnable.

For domestic orders, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. Products must be sent via our designated shipping provider, Yurtiçi Kargo, with shipping charges payable upon delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, opened, altered, damaged, or have otherwise lost their original condition. All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take approximately 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

For standard products sold to customers in European Union countries, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that are personalized, custom-made, customized according to the customer’s specifications, or made to specific measurements, as provided under applicable EU law.

For eligible international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
